Astronergy and CPS successfully co-hosted the Astronergy World Tour 2026 – Bangladesh Roadshow in Dhaka, on August 13, bringing together nearly 200 representatives from across Bangladesh’s renewable energy ecosystem.

The event welcomed representatives from EPC companies, project developers, investors, distributors, industry associations, government organizations, academia and the business community. Through technical presentations, product introductions and networking, it created a valuable platform for knowledge sharing and closer collaboration in support of Bangladesh’s clean energy transition.

Technology was a central focus of the event. Ahead of the local launch of ASTRO N7 Pro, Astronergy’s GTS engineer – Kath Kong, introduced the company’s core technologies and shared insights into the latest developments in high-efficiency solar modules. The presentation gave attendees an in-depth preview of the new product and explained how Astronergy’s technological innovations can address the evolving needs of utility-scale, commercial and industrial, and other solar PV projects in Bangladesh.

Following the technical session, Astronergy officially unveiled ASTRO N7 Pro in the Bangladesh market. With its focus on performance, reliability and long-term value, the new product is expected to support the development of high-quality solar projects and create new opportunities for the country’s rapidly growing renewable energy sector.

The roadshow also marked an important step forward in local cooperation. Astronergy signed a 100 MW Memorandum of Cooperation with Unimax Consultants Ltd., focusing on the development of solar PV projects in Bangladesh. The cooperation reflects the two parties’ shared commitment to exploring new project opportunities and accelerating the adoption of clean energy across the country.

Astronergy also handed over a certificate recognizing the 70 MW distribution agreement with M/S Genetic Renewable Energy Co. This milestone demonstrates the strength of their cooperation and Astronergy’s continued efforts to establish a reliable and sustainable local distribution network.

Alongside the product launch and partnership milestones, Astronergy celebrated the contributions of its local partners and recognized outstanding solar project achievements. Best Project Awards and Strategic Partner Awards were presented to its partners for their contributions to solar energy adoption in Bangladesh. M/S Genetic Renewable Energy Co. also received the Best Distributor Award in recognition of its contribution to Astronergy’s market development and distribution activities in the country.

The event concluded with discussions and networking among technology providers, partners and industry stakeholders, highlighting the growing interest in advanced solar technologies and the importance of long-term cooperation across the renewable energy ecosystem.
