Astronergy will return to Intersolar Europe 2025 from May 7–9 in Munich. At booth A1.380, the company will present its ASTRO N7 modules, ideal for residential and utility-scale applications, highlighting innovations like TOPCon 5.0 ,ZBB technology and bifaciality enhancements.
Astronergy, a global leader in high-performance photovoltaic solutions, has announced its participation in Intersolar Europe 2025, one of the world’s most important solar events. The company will be present at Booth A1.380, where it will showcase its most advanced and sustainable modules, designed to maximize efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
Innovation that Redefines Solar Energy:
ASTRO N7 Series – Standard and Pro Versions (66-cell & Double Glass)
One of the flagship product, Astronergy will exhibit is the ASTRO N7 series, now including the ASTRO N7 and the customized ASTRO N7 Pro, both built on cutting-edge TOPCon 5.0 technology. These modules deliver outstanding performance while maintaining the standard size of 2382×1134×30 mm and using 210R / 182×210 mm cells.
The ASTRO N7 Pro is tailored for customers seeking higher power (up to 670Wp) and higher efficiency (24.8%), without altering installation dimensions. The standard ASTRO N7 delivers 650Wp with 24.1% efficiency.
With TOPCon 5.0 cell tech, the cell efficiency could be boosted by 0.35% to 0.45% and panel bifaciality could be increased by around 5%.
With SMBB and optional ZBB (Zero Busbar) configurations, these modules enhance light absorption and current conduction while reducing hidden crack risks. The use of Light Redirecting Film (LRF) further improves light utilization, lowers cost per watt, and boosts structural reliability. Additionally, non-destructive cutting minimizes the risk of micro-cracks, contributing to greater long-term durability.
These modules provide greater energy yield per watt, low degradation, excellent low-irradiance performance, and superior thermal behavior. Their standard size maximizes container utilization and reduces logistics costs, while the low Voc design allows for more modules per string, reducing BOS and LCOE. Rigorously tested in diverse environmental conditions, they are ideal for desert PV, offshore PV, and agricultural PV applications.
Elegance and Sustainability for Residential Use:
ASTRO N7s (All Black, Double Glass)
Designed for residential and architectural applications, Astronergy will also highlight the ASTRO N7s All Black series at Intersolar Europe 2025—offering both visual elegance and high performance.
Now available in two variants:
• 48-cell: 465Wp, 23.3% efficiency
• 54-cell: 520Wp, 23.4% efficiency
These modules utilize the same 210R / 182×210 mm cells and are also built with TOPCon 5.0 technology.
They feature the innovative ZBB process, which eliminates visible busbars, optimizes current conduction, enhances light absorption, and reduces the risk of hidden micro-cracks. Supported by non-destructive cutting and high-density encapsulation, these innovations significantly improve durability and efficiency.
Finished with black converging ribbons, PAD-free design, and sleek black frames, the N7s modules deliver a modern aesthetic with a lower carbon footprint. They also offer high mechanical load resistance (6000Pa front / 4000Pa back), and a lightweight, compact build ideal for balconies and rooftops—including single-person installation.
The 54-cell version is available with an optional composite frame for reduced weight, better weather resistance and insulation, and further carbon reduction.
Proven Leadership in Sustainability, Reliability, and Innovation
Amid an increasingly competitive solar industry, Astronergy continues to stand out as a driving force of innovation, sustainability, and performance. Recognized globally as a Tier 1 PV module supplier, the company recently achieved Silver certification under the prestigious Solar Stewardship Initiative (SSI) ESG Standard at two of its global manufacturing bases—affirming its leadership in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. This milestone reflects Astronergy’s deep commitment to responsible manufacturing, transparency, and long-term sustainability across the solar value chain.
Additionally, the company’s technical excellence continues to set benchmarks in module durability. The ASTRO N7 n-type TOPCon module recently achieved an ultra-low degradation rate of less than 2% in the rigorous UVID220 test conducted by RETC—fifteen times more demanding than conventional UVID15 standards. This remarkable result further underscores the reliability and high performance of the ASTRO N Series, reinforcing Astronergy’s reputation as a trusted partner for future-proof solar solutions.
