Astronergy has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) with SR Renewable Energy Ltd., a leading solar developer in Bangladesh. The agreement establishes a strategic framework to supply approximately 337 MWp of Astronergy photovoltaic modules for commercial and industrial (C&I) and utility-scale solar projects in Bangladesh between 2026 and 2028.

The signing followed a comprehensive tour of Astronergy’s headquarters in Haining, where the SR Renewable Energy delegation inspected the company’s state-of-the-art PV cell and module manufacturing facilities. This visit provided a firsthand assessment of Astronergy’s production capacity, quality control, and advanced product portfolio, laying a solid foundation for the strategic partnership.

Subject to the execution of formal purchase and supply agreements, Astronergy will supply high-efficiency ASTRO N series TOPCon PV modules to SR Renewable Energy and provide dedicated technical and marketing support. The collaboration also features SEED Bangla Ltd. as the Strategic EPC Partner, ensuring that the framework is translated into high-quality solar projects through coordinated engineering, procurement, and construction capabilities.

The agreement was officially signed by Lin He and Mr. Mehboob Chowdhury, Chief Strategic Advisor (CSA) of SR Renewable Energy Ltd., with David Zhang, Lead of APAC Sales at Astronergy, and Mr. Rafiqul Islam, Managing Director of SEED BANGLA and Strategic EPC Partner, attending as witnesses.
