With installation of 523.1MW Astronergy PV modules, the first phase of the world's largest hydro-solar power plant – Kela solar power plant, also the world's highest power station of its kind, started power generation in China on June 25. Kela PV power plant is located at the West Sichuan Plateau with the highest altitude of 4600 meters. It is constantly affected by extreme weather conditions such as strong winds, blizzards, and freezing, which places extremely high demands on the reliability and durability of PV modules. ASTRO 5 won the project in case of its great performance in providing quality assurance for the efficient, stable, and long-lasting operation of the power plant with their reliability, high efficiency, and other performance. With large proportion of Astronergy PV modules, the power plant could help to reduce the use of 600,000 tons of standard coal annually and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 1.6 million tons.

The Döllen 154.4MW solar farm, the Europe’s largest n-type TOPCon solar farm in Germany, was financed by the CEE Group and developed by Antlike Solar. The project construction started from May 2022, and finished its construction and connected to the grid in April 2023. Astronergy’s frontier TOPCon tech-powered ASTRO N5 solar panels play as one of the critical cores for the sustainability system. With installation of 154.4MW ASTRO N series n-type TOPCon PV modules, the 154.77MW power output of the solar farm is expected to generate around 160,000 MWh of green electricity annually. This significant output equates to powering around 36,000 four-person households with sustainable electricity.

Astronergy is proud to be the provider of high-efficiency solar panels for the Old-T Solar Park, located in Sucre, Colombia. Developed by Vatia S.A.S E.S.P in collaboration with Toluviejo Energías Renovables S.A.S. E.S.P., this solar farm features 20,852 pieces of advanced 620W Astronergy photovoltaic modules, achieving a total installed capacity of 13MW. The project generates an impressive average of 23.88GWh per year, significantly contributing to the region's renewable energy efforts. The solar park was successfully connected to the grid on October 16, 2024, representing a major milestone in Colombia's transition to sustainable energy.

The installation is expected to deliver transformative benefits for Youi Insurance Centre, including:
• Carbon Emissions Reduction: A projected annual reduction of 476.4 tonnes of CO₂, equivalent to planting approximately 7,000 trees every year.
• Annual Savings: Estimated energy cost savings of $165,286, providing substantial financial relief and long-term value.
• Sustainability Leadership: The project reinforces Youi’s reputation as an innovative and environmentally conscious business, aligning their operations with their values and the expectations of their customers and stakeholders.

Astronergy donated its ASTRO N series PV modules to schools in the highland areas of Vietnam through a project organized by the non-profit organization “Energy of Love”. So far, this charitable initiative has helped nearly 90 preschool and primary students from the Xo Dang ethnic group at Tak Chai School in Tra Cang Commune, enhancing their learning environment with renewable energy.
