At Astronergy, we always regard "green and sustainable development" as the long-term strategic plan. We incorporate eco-friendly practices throughout the entire product lifecycle, from development and procurement to production, sales, delivery, and recycling. We are fully committed to implementing energy-saving and low-carbon practices in all links of our production.

All of our solar cells and modules are manufactured with larger-size silicon wafers. We actively promote the use of thinner wafers, fluorine-free backsheets, lead-free soldering strips, and dealcoholized silicone gel to achieve both economic and ecological benefits. Furthermore, we are dedicated to promoting smart, green, energy-saving, and low-carbon initiatives within our company and advancing the development of green factories.

    Zero Carbon Factory
    Astronergy constantly reduces carbon emissions from company production and operations. Astronergy's Jiuquan Base successfully obtained the Zero-Carbon Factory Certification from TÜV Rheinland, becoming the second zero-carbon factory after the Yancheng Base (Phase I); During its construction, the Jiuquan base has achieved outstanding results with 100% renewable energy consumption and 100% GHG offset, resulting in significant environmental benefits.
    Conservation of water use
    Chint Solar (Haining) has retrofitted the spraying defoaming system in the aerobic tank of the biological treatment system at the wastewater treatment station. The upgrade involves replacing tap water with a mixture of digested reflux liquid and RO concentrate for defoaming operations. This initiative enables the recycling of waste liquid and reduces tap water consumption, achieving an annual water conservation of approximately 66,400 tons.
    Biodiversity Conservation
    Astronergy has developed a 25MW agrivoltaics project in the Netherlands, providing 28,100MWh of clean electricity annually. The project fully utilizes local idle land resources, with the shadows cast by PV panels creating an optimal environment for cultivating mushrooms and grazing sheep, establishing an integrated ecological project combining energy, agriculture, and employment, achieving both ecological protection and economic benefits.
